- Does Schedules do route planning or job tickets?
- No. Schedules plans who is assigned to which job and when. Routing, work orders and invoicing stay in your existing systems; the REST API can connect them.
- Do field workers need Microsoft Teams?
- Scheduled people need a Microsoft 365 account in your organization. They can also follow their schedule through a personal calendar feed in Outlook or any calendar app.
- Can I import jobs from another system?
- Yes. Admins can create an API key and use the public REST API to read and write appointments.
- How much does Schedules cost?
- Schedules costs $3 per scheduled person and month with annual billing, or $5 with monthly billing. Viewers and admins are free and unlimited. Every company starts with a 30-day free trial; afterwards the app becomes read-only until you subscribe, so there is nothing to cancel.
